Our Know Your Client policy adheres to internationally recognized anti-money laundering regulations.

As a minimum, clients are required to provide two forms of proof of identity, of residency and at least two references from reputable third party referees for individuals and corporations. New clients require to attend an initial non virtual meeting at the earliest opportunity.

The criteria vary from time to time with changing global requirements.

Fee Structures

Fee agreements are varied to accommodate client preferences. These include hourly, fixed sum or end project remuneration.

Regardless of form, fee structures reflect transactional complexity, materiality and are designed to reward completion and efficiency.
